course details

This is a free, one-hour lecture and question/answer session designed for anyone interested in learning more about Vedic Meditation.

Topics include the technique’s origins, an overview of the mechanics of the practice itself, its benefits (including reduction of stress and an increase in energy and peace of mind), and how it is learned. This talk is required before taking the full four-day course.

During meditation, one can experience inner contentment and deep rest. This restfulness that accompanies meditation is deeper than that gained by sleeping, which allows for deep-rooted stresses to dissolve naturally resulting in innumerable health benefits to the individual.

The integration of this conscious experience with one’s dynamic daily activity allows the meditator to be less stressed, more creative, more productive, and more adaptable to the demands of life.

The Course

The meditation course consists of four consecutive days, for 90 minutes each day. These sessions are often offered at 7:00 pm or 7:30 pm during the week and at 10am or 10.30am on the weekends.  Students must attend all four days to complete the course as a sequential amount of knowledge is offered each day.

The Course Fee

Students make a decision about their own course fee based on their income. This type of equitable exchange is a practice dating back thousands of years from India and is an effort on our part to maintain the purity and consistency of the teaching tradition.

Private Course

This course is offered to individuals or couples who may wish to learn to meditate in a more private setting and at times that suit their schedules. This is often at home or in the office.

The course is also comprised of four sessions, over four days. The fee is established based on location and schedule requirements.

and Mentoring

These sessions are available for those who have learned to meditate and are interested to expand their knowledge in relation to meditation. They may also be interested to understand the ways in which meditation techniques can be applied to their personal lives or business dealings.
